  • How do interruptions affect processing times?

Regardless of the target group and workstation equipment of the employees, the application can be started as a separate program in the browser or as an app for smartphones and tablets. The employees encrypt their activities in a kind of "electronic stopwatch". Thanks to the intuitive operation, the encryption effort for the employees in the survey period is low (at approx. 10 minutes per day).
Based on the collected data, ABC analyses, processing and throughput times, process analyses and a personnel requirement calculation are created or determined at the push of a button.
